Hello all,

Here's a little side project I've been working on. The 1:2500 scale Enterprise from Star Trek Discovery. I got it from a Secret Santa gift exchange.

There's not a lot to this kit, so I thought I'd get a bit further along before posting something here.

The parts were washed and primed with Tamiya Grey Surface Primer. Cheap craft acrylics colored the insides of the clear parts.

Today, I sprayed some Vallejo Metal Color Duraluminum for the main hull and Mecha Color Gold for the deflector.

All that's left now are clear coats/decals and final assembly.

Thanks!

The ship has gotten its coat of Future. In a couple days, decals.

The saucer and secondary hull now have all the decals on. The nacelles are nearly done, but they are a lot more work.

The Enterprise is done! The final finish was 1 part Tamiya X-21 to about 6 parts Future for a satin look.
