Just thought I would post this. I finished this 99% months ago, sans the rear machine gun and mount, the front facing gun and shield, and the two fender posts. There are 5 crew figures with it, and I did try to paint them, but I am so terrible at getting the proper layers of colors and shading on faces, I just stuck them back in the box for another time. Besides, Tamiya is known for their figures lacking good facial detail. They're kind of soft and undefined.

Anyway, here it is. One day I'll get a proper photo booth for taking better pictures.

Looking good! Yeah I’m terrified of painting figures too! Got a bunch to work on for some MaK kits which is my current roadblock to completing some.

Looks great Dan. The paint job looks fabulous.

Thanks Big Rat! Figures are my #1 worst abilities painting wise. I know some modelers who simply refuse to put them in the kits, even when they are 'necessary' for the completed imagery.

Thanks Shawn! I was really pleased with the overall look of the paint scheme and weathering. I have to credit Andy from Andy's Hobby Headquarters on You Tube. Most of the painting and weathering methods I learned from watching his videos. If you're looking for tips on armour kits, he's definitely a good resource. He's a big fan of Tamiya kits, too.
